Shipping Information

Heightitude is pleased to offer free shipping to customers in Germany and the United Kingdom. All orders are processed and shipped from our international logistics centers.

Processing Time

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (warehouse local time) will be processed on the next business day

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (warehouse local time) are processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed the next business day

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Delivery times may vary due to destination, carrier delays, customs clearance, or high order volume

Shipping Carriers

  • Orders are shipped using trusted logistics partners such as DHL, DPD, Deutsche Post, or equivalent local carriers
  • The carrier is selected automatically based on destination and availability

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Changes & Cancellations

  • You may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing your order
  • After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed or canceled
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@heightitude.com

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Value-added tax (VAT) is included in the product price where applicable
  • Any additional customs duties or import taxes required by local regulations are the responsibility of the customer
  • Most shipments are delivered without additional charges

Incorrect Address Notice

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout
  • Heightitude is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your shipment is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us. We will assist with an investigation through the shipping carrier. Once the investigation is complete, we will offer a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
